NOW IN THIS TYPE OF SITUATION IF WE WANT TO INCREASE AND MAINTAIN OUR EFFICIENCY, THEN USE THESE SIMPLE TRICKS. IT WILL HELP YOU OUT SURELY
THE FIRST TRICK IS:-
DRINK WATER ALL DAY LONG ⭃ IN SUMMER OUR BODY DEHYDRATED VERY SOON. WHEN THE WATER LEVEL OF BODY REDUCE, ENERGY ALSO REDUCE SO WE SHOULD DRINK WATER, FRUIT JUICE AND OTHER DRINKABLE MATERIAL ALL DAY LONG. WITH THIS YOU WILL FEEL FRESH AND THE ENERGY LEVEL WILL MAINTAIN AT THE END OF THE DAY.

THE SECOND TRICK IS:-
CLEAN YOUR FACE TWO TO THREE TIMES IN A DAY⭃ WHEN YOU CAOME TO YOUR HOME, CLEAN YOUR FACE WITH COLD WATER WITH THIS YOUR SKIN WILL AQUIRE IT'S NATURAL FORM AND IT WILL GET RID OF SWEAT. YOU CAN CLEAN YOUR FACE WITH WATER WHEN YOU ARE FEELING TIRED.


THE THIRD TRICK IS:-
REST AS MUCH AS YOU CAN⭃ WHEN WHEATHER IS NOT GOOD, IT IS PREREQUISiTE THAT YOU SHOULD REST FOR HALF HOUR IN AFTERNOON AND SLEEP IN NIGHT EARLY. IT WILL HELP YOU A LOT TO GAIN MORE FRESHNESS AND TO GET MORE ENERGY, THEN WAKE UP IN THE MORNING EARLY AND COMPLETE YOUR ALL PENDING WORK, IT WILL PROVE VERY HELPFUL.

THE FOURTH TRICK IS:-
TAKE BREAKFAST ⭃YOU SHOULD TAKE BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING, YES IT IS NOT NECESSARY THAT YOU WANT TO EAT IN THE EARLY MORNING BUT YOU SHOULD TAKE SOME LIGHT THINGS LIKE IDLI, DALIYA, POHA, CORNFLAKES. EMPTY STOMACH IS NOT GOOD FOR OUR HEALTH IT CAUSE SOME GAS PROBLEM.
