IF YOU WANT THAT YOUR MEMORY WILL BE LAST LONG AND YOU NEVER EVER FORGOT ANY SMALL OR BIG THINGS THEN YOU ARE AT RIGHT PLACE, TO FIT YOUR MEMORY ALWAYS YOU SHOULD FOLLOW SOME VERY SIMPLE RULES,, BELIEVE ME ANYONE CAN OBEY THESE RULE , YOU TOO!

The FIRST RULE IS :-
CONTROL ON DISEASES ⭃ DUE TO PRESENT LIFESTYLE PEOPLE GET CAUGHT OF MANY DISEASE THAT REDUCES THEIR MENTAL ABILITY, EFFICIENCY AND WILL POWER, THESE DISEASES NOT ONLY REDUCES THEIR MIND POWER BUT ALSO STOP THIER GROWTH.
SOME OF THEM ARE BLOOD PRESSURE, CHOLESTEROL, BLOOD SUGAR.
SOME BAD HABITS LIKE SMOKING, DRINK ALCOHOL, AIRED COLD DRINK AND EATING FAST FOOD. WE SHOULD BE LEFT THESE TYPE OF HABITS.

THE SECOND RULE IS:-
DO SOME PHYSICAL ACTIVITY⭃ ALL WILL SAY WE HAVE NOT TIME FOR THIS BUT PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IS VERY ESSENTIAL FOR A HEALTHY MIND AND MEMORY. IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO DO SOME INTESIVE WORKOUT ONLY DAILY 20 TO 30 MINUTE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IS ENOUGH TO MAKE YOUR MEMORY POWERFUL. NOW, WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IN THESE 30 MINUTES,
WELL IT DEPENDS ON ONE BUT I WILL TRY TO TELL SOME IMPORTANT EXCERCIsES TO DO
1. BRISK WALKING
2. JOGGING
3. GARDENING
4. CLIMB THE STAIRS
OKAY SO NOW LET'S MOVE ON THE THIRD RULE:-
THE THIRD RULE IS :-
PROPER EATING HABITS⭃ IF YOU ARE OBEYING FIRST AND SECOND RULE BUT YOUR EATING HABITS ARE NOT GOOD THEN YOU CAN'T ENHANCE YOUR MEMORY POWER, YOU HAVE TO OBEY ALL RULES EQUALLY.
GOOD EATING HABITS INCLUDES FRUITS, VEGETABLES, CURD, PULSES, DRY FRUITS. STOP EATING SUGAR, SALT IN MORE AMOUNT.

THE FINAL RULE IS:-
DO SOME BRAIN  EXCERCISE:-
WHAT I MEAN WITH BRAIN EXERCISE, IT MEANS DO SOME WORK WHERE YOU HAVE TO FOCUS AND CONCENTRATE YOUR MIND. WRITING IS GOOD FOR BRAIN STORMING AND IF YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING THAN WRITE A DIARY OR PLAY SOME LUDO, CHESS, SUDOKU etc. 
MEET NEW PEOPLE, TALK TO THEM, DO SOME LAUGH .
BY FOLLOWING THESE RULES YOU CAN MAKE YOUR BRAIN MORE POWERFUL AND SHARP THAN OTHERS.
